What is Crafty Kids Class?
Crafty Kids Class is a small-group craft instruction program, not a daycare or childcare provider. Each class is a standalone 1-hour guided craft session. Children attend only the specific class times reserved by a parent or guardian.
How long is each class?
Each class is exactly 1 hour. Children are expected to be picked up promptly at the scheduled end time.
How many kids are in each class?
Classes are limited to 8 seats maximum to keep the experience personal and safe.
What does a punch pass cover?
Each punch reserves one child's seat in one 1-hour craft class. If two siblings attend the same class, two punches are required. Punches are tied to your family account and are not transferable.
Do you provide meals or snacks?
No. Crafty Kids Class does not provide meals or snacks. Please make sure your child eats before class.
Do you provide transportation?
No. Parents and guardians are responsible for drop-off and pick-up.
Does someone need to be available during class?
Yes. A parent or guardian must be reachable by phone during class at all times. If your child becomes ill, injured, or distressed, you will need to return and pick them up immediately.
Is diapering or personal care provided?
No. Crafty Kids Class does not provide diapering or other personal care services.
Who can pick up my child?
Only you or people listed on your child's authorized pickup list may pick up your child. Pickup requires name confirmation. Please keep your authorized pickup list up to date in your child's profile.
What materials are used in class?
We use standard kid-safe craft supplies: paper, glue, paint, markers, crayons, yarn, stickers, and child-safe scissors. Age-appropriate beads may also be used. We do not use hot glue guns, exacto knives, candles, resin, face paint, cosmetics, or food crafts in standard classes. See our Safety & Materials Policy for full details.
What if my child has allergies or medical concerns?
Please list all allergies, medical conditions, and behavioral needs in your child's profile before class. We rely on this information to keep your child safe. Do not send your child to class if they have a fever, vomiting, contagious illness, unexplained rash, or lice.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel a booking any time before the class start time to have the punch returned to your balance. No-shows forfeit the punch for that class. If we cancel a class, all families are automatically refunded their punch.
Is there a late pickup fee?
Yes. A late pickup fee applies after 5–10 minutes past the scheduled class end time. Repeated late pickup may result in account suspension. See our Class Policies page for details.
Is Crafty Kids Class licensed as a daycare?
No. Crafty Kids Class is a craft instruction program and is not licensed as a daycare, childcare facility, or after-school care program. Classes are 1-hour standalone sessions.
How do I sign up?
Create a parent account, complete your parent profile and emergency contact information, accept the parent waiver, add your child's profile, purchase a punch pass, and book a class. You must complete all steps before booking.
