Class policies

Program overview

• Classes are 1 hour only.
• Maximum of 8 seats per class.
• No meals or snacks are provided.
• No transportation is provided.
• No diapering or personal care is provided.
• Parents and guardians must be reachable by phone during class.
• Children must be picked up promptly at the class end time.
• Each attending child uses 1 punch per class.

Drop-off & pick-up

• A parent or guardian must check the child in at drop-off.
• Only authorized pickup people listed on your child's profile may pick them up.
• Pickup requires name confirmation.
• A late pickup fee applies after 5–10 minutes past the scheduled class end time.
• Repeated late pickup may result in account suspension.
• If your child becomes ill, injured, or in significant distress during class, you must return and pick them up immediately.
• If a bathroom accident occurs during class, a parent or guardian will be contacted.

Health & illness

Do not send your child to class if they have any of the following:

• Fever (100.4°F / 38°C or higher)
• Vomiting or diarrhea within the past 24 hours
• Active or contagious illness
• Unexplained rash
• Lice (must be lice-free before returning)
• Any other symptoms that could affect other children

If a child becomes sick during class, a parent or guardian will be contacted immediately. No refund is provided for illness unless cancellation occurs before the class cancellation cutoff.

Behavior

Children are expected to follow safety instructions, use supplies appropriately, and treat other children and instructors with kindness. If a child becomes unsafe or repeatedly disruptive, a parent or guardian may be called to pick them up early. Punches are not refunded for early removal due to unsafe behavior.

Food & allergies

Crafty Kids Class does not serve food or snacks. You are responsible for listing all allergies in your child's profile. Please update your child's profile immediately if any new allergies are discovered.

Photography & video

We may photograph or video classes for class documentation or marketing. You control how your child's image may be used through the photo permission setting in your child's profile. The default setting is no photography. See our Photo Release Policy for details.
