Parent waiver & liability release
Before your first class, every parent or guardian must review and accept our waiver. This page describes what the waiver covers.
Crafty Kids Class is a small-group craft instruction program. We take safety seriously, but craft activities carry some inherent minor risks. By accepting the waiver, parents acknowledge:
- Crafts may involve minor risks such as messes, small cuts, glue, paint, staining, splinters, choking hazards, or allergic reactions.
- You agree to disclose all allergies, medical issues, and behavioral needs before class.
- Crafty Kids Class is not responsible for damage to clothing.
- A child may be removed from class if their behavior creates a safety issue.
- You authorize basic first aid if needed.
- You authorize Crafty Kids Class to contact emergency services if needed.
- You are responsible for any medical costs related to your child.
- This waiver applies to all future classes unless revoked in writing.
The waiver is accepted during account setup and applies to all classes booked under your account.
