Photo release policy

Default: no photography

By default, your child's photo permission is set to No photography. We will not photograph or video your child unless you explicitly change this setting in their profile.

Permission levels

You choose how your child's image may be used by selecting one of three options in your child's profile:

• No photography (default): We will not photograph or video your child.
• Private sharing: Photos and videos may be shared privately with class parents only — for example, via the private parent gallery in your dashboard. Images will not be used publicly.
• Marketing use: Photos and videos of your child may be used for Crafty Kids Class marketing materials, including our website and social media. We will never include your child's full name in public posts without separate written consent.

Changing your permission

You may change your child's photo permission at any time by editing their profile in your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately for future classes.

Photo storage

Photos taken during class are stored securely and are only accessible to parents of the pictured child and Crafty Kids Class staff. We do not sell or share photos with third parties.

Revocation

You may revoke marketing permission at any time by updating your child's profile. We will not use new images after revocation, but images already published may remain in place. To request removal of a specific published image, contact us at hello@craftykidsclass.com.
