Refund & cancellation policy

Punch passes

• Punches are prepaid credits — not cash.
• Punches are tied to your family account and are non-transferable between families.
• Punches do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
• Refunds for unused punches are not provided except at our sole discretion.

Booking cancellations

• You may cancel a booking any time before the class start time, and the punch will be returned to your balance.
• Cancellations must be made through your dashboard before the class begins.
• If Crafty Kids Class cancels a class, every booked family is automatically refunded a punch.

No-shows

If you book a class and do not attend without cancelling beforehand, the punch for that booking is forfeited. No refund is provided for no-shows.

Illness cancellations

If your child becomes ill and you need to cancel, please cancel through your dashboard as early as possible. Punch refunds for illness are only provided if you cancel before the class start time. We cannot refund punches after a class has started.

Early removal

If a child is removed from class early due to unsafe behavior, illness, or at a parent's request after class has begun, the punch for that class is forfeited. No refund is provided.

Late pickup fees

A late pickup fee applies after 5–10 minutes past the scheduled class end time. Fees will be communicated at the time of pickup and must be resolved before the next booking.
