Punch passes
Punch passes are prepaid credits. One punch covers one child for one class day. Punches do not expire and are non-transferable between families.
Booking & cancellations
You may cancel a booking any time before the class start time, and the punch will be returned to your balance. If we cancel a class, every booked family is automatically refunded a punch.
Refunds
Pass purchases are generally non-refundable, but unused punches stay on your account. If you have a concern, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Safety
Classes are small (max 10 kids). Please let us know about any allergies or needs when adding your child. The studio address is shared only with booked families.
